A) What is your Return Policy?

Your first pair (single) of underwear (Trunk and Brief only) is covered under our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

For all subsequent underwear purchases, due to the intimate nature and hygienic standards, we regret that it is not possible for us to accept returns/exchange of all kind of innerwear namely Boxer Brief, Trunk, Brief, Boxer Shorts, Hipster, Brief, Bikini, Boyshort, and Boxer Shorts. Panties, Stick-On Bras, and some of the accessories.

Products purchased from our final/clearance sales, or where the discount applied is 50%, or above on the order value, or Build-a-Pack (Build-a-Drawer) are NOT eligible for any return/exchange.

Other products like Crew neck tees, performance tees, henleys, Track pants, joggers or women dresses, returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order if items are in the original condition you received them with any attached packaging intact (they unworn, unwashed and in the original condition). In case of non-compliance of conditions as set out in our returns and exchange policy, we reserve the right to outright reject your return/exchange request.

Please note:
- Products that are sold as packs (build-a-pack/ build-a-drawer) cannot be returned as individual items.
- In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it's obvious that the item has been worn, washed or soiled.
- Gift cards are non-returnable.
- Gift wrapping charges will not be refunded if goods are returned. Also, any replacements you have asked for will not be gift wrapped.
- Shipping charges (if paid) will not be refunded if goods are returned/exchanged.

B) 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on your first pair of underwear

If you don’t love your ‘first pair’ (1) of underwear (Boxer Brief, Trunk, Brief, Boxer Shorts, Hipster, Brief, Bikini, Boyshort, and Boxer Shorts), we’ll send you a different size, style or we’ll issue a refund within 15 days of communicating our written consent to your request. Please note: The 100% Satisfaction Guarantee does not apply to packs (build-a-pack/build-a-drawer), and only applies to your first single pair (trunk and brief only). If you wash or wear, the guarantee is null and void.
